Argentina Sister Cities Reception
Held in September 2016 with regional cuisine, traditional Tango dance presentation and
vocal entertainment by XXXX. Mayor Lamar Fisher and his wife, Suzan, along with City
Commissioners Burrie and Moss and business owners and professionals and community
leaders were in attendance.
What: Greater Pompano Beach Sister Cities, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to
creating and enhancing global connections, hosted an Argentinean Adventure! This events
opened with an educational slideshow presentation, Argentinean food, a Tango
demonstration and signing by renowned artist, Umberto Fortuna
